Biography 

Dr. Brian K. Collins began his service to the Department of Public Administration at UNT in 2008. He teaches policy, public management, and research methods courses in the MPA and Ph.D. programs. He also serves as the PhD Program Coordinator. His research interests center on puzzles and questions about policy implementation and management, but substantive areas range from intergovernmental grant administration, healthcare administration, and performance management. In addition to scholarly research, Dr. Collins conducts applied research and consults with local, regional, and state government agencies.
